Job Description:


As a Soil and Feedstock Compliance Specialist, you will be instrumental in overseeing the logistics of incoming and outgoing physical soil and feedstock samples from our extensive commercial operations.

Your responsibilities will include the management, inventory oversight, and data entry of numerous samples each year.

This role demands a highly organized individual who excels in a warehouse or laboratory setting and is dedicated to maintaining precise records and systems.


Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Oversight:

Supervise the receipt, unboxing, inventorying, labeling, and storage of incoming samples, ensuring they are easily retrievable for future use.


Data Management:
Unpack sample boxes, accurately record their details in spreadsheets or databases, and systematically arrange them on shelves.

Work Order Coordination:

Create new work orders for third-party evaluations, manage packaging, and oversee the shipment of samples to guarantee prompt processing.


Organizational Skills:
Facilitate the inbound and outbound processing of large quantities of samples, showcasing exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:
Effectively manage the physical demands of the position, including the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.

Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will possess either a relevant associate or bachelor's degree, along with specialized training or certifications in logistics, supply chain, operations, warehouse, or inventory management.

Candidates in the early stages of their careers are encouraged to apply, ideally with 2-3 years of experience or equivalent education.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a collaborative warehouse environment.
