Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly monitor residents to ensure their personal care needs are met according to their preferences.
- Review and update patient care plans daily to reflect any changes in residents' care routines.
- Communicate any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing supervisor for proper documentation.
- Assist residents with daily activities, including preparation for social programs and transportation to appointments.
- Ensure residents' living spaces are welcoming and comfortable.
- Participate in facility evaluations conducted by authorized government agencies.
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a 10th-grade education
- Must hold a valid certification as a nursing assistant in the state
