About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Entitlements Manager to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our community development team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of entitlements for new residential communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with municipal agencies, internal departments, and outside consultants to achieve desired community goals.
  • Manage and direct all aspects of obtaining entitlements, plan approvals, and permits for new residential communities.
  • Execute upon stringent community entitlement and development schedules.
  • Coordinate and implement input from division executives regarding site and architectural design.
  • Obtain all required permits from local jurisdictions in support of land development and home building operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in community entitlement and homebuilding process, some public agency experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred, in the field of construction management, urban design, business, engineering, or related course study or equivalent years of experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Smart Sheet experience preferred.
