  • You possess a robust understanding of securities, financial markets, and valuation methodologies (e.g., discounted cash flow, comparable company analysis, spread pricing, etc.).

  • You have experience in managing vendor relationships (experience with pricing vendors is advantageous), including conducting due diligence.
  • You are skilled in performing daily validations of third-party vendor pricing.
  • Your analytical and problem-solving skills are well-developed; you can scrutinize company financial statements and assess the implications of company, industry, or market news on fair value.
  • You demonstrate exceptional quality and meticulous attention to detail in your work deliverables. Your professional journey has included instances where you provided constructive feedback to colleagues, both verbally and in writing.

  • You thrive under pressure and consistently meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary range of $95,066-$152,106, along with an individual annual performance bonus, Capital's annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
