  • You are skilled in performing daily validations of third-party vendor pricing.

  • You demonstrate exceptional quality and meticulous attention to detail in your work deliverables. Your professional journey has included instances where you provided constructive feedback to colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • You enjoy guiding others, analyzing processes, and completing projects. You are a mentor who others turn to for direction.
  • You thrive under pressure and consistently meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess the ability to communicate complex ideas, processes, and situations effectively (both verbally and in writing) to diverse audiences, including senior business leaders, investment analysts, portfolio managers, and oversight committees.

Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary range of $95,066-$152,106, along with an individual annual performance bonus, Capital's annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
