The Sales team plays a crucial role in collaborating with our partners to empower them to market the complete range of Alarm services.

This encompasses everything from informing potential partners about our solutions and onboarding them, to assisting our partners in reaching out to and visiting clients, elucidating the service, and showcasing end-user features and functionalities.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong technological background, a sharp problem-solving ability, and a genuine interest in sales.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of the Territory Sales Consultant will include:
Act as the primary point of contact for Alarm partners within the designated region
Establish and nurture robust, enduring client relationships
Guarantee the prompt and effective delivery of our solutions in alignment with customer requirements and goals
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and expand opportunities within the region
Market Alarm technology solutions to HVAC clients through our partner network
Engage with customers regarding available services and solutions
Serve as the escalation point for technical challenges after both the partner's internal technical team and the tech support team have attempted to resolve any issues
Provide product support and installation training to partners to boost sales
Collect feedback from partners and their customers on how we can enhance our products and processes
Represent Alarm at various industry trade shows and events
Stay informed about new Alarm product release features to adequately respond to partner inquiries
Work within the sales organization to ensure customer success
Coordinate with Customer Service Representatives and Dispatch to optimize the calendar with quality homeowner leads
Other responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in field sales is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors, both in writing and verbally, in a clear and professional manner
A self-motivated individual capable of working independently
Strong interpersonal skills; a natural customer service orientation and disposition – the candidate must enjoy collaborating with clients and supporting internal customers within the organization
Excellent problem-solving capabilities
Commitment to meeting deadlines, even during peak periods
A flexible and positive attitude that promotes team spirit
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Familiarity with PowerPoint and other presentation development tools is desired
Willingness to travel locally up to 80% of the time to engage with dealer partners and customers
Comfort with hardware installation is a plus
Experience in the HVAC sector is advantageous
A degree in Engineering, Math, Business, or Sciences is preferred but not mandatory
