Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients to K Health by providing exceptional customer service and support
- Complete and document all pre-visit intake questions, including verifying patient identity
- Assure that all involved parties have necessary information prior to the patient's first visit
- Educate patients about our primary care services and reroute them to the appropriate service/care when necessary
- Address patient complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Leverage internal resources to understand patient primary care needs and next steps
- Comply with K Health's regulations and policies, maintaining HIPAA standards throughout the patient intake and out-take process
- Notify supervisors of any patient issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of work experience supporting a rapidly growing organization, with experience in customer support a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and gather and analyze information skillfully
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset, with a strong work ethic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A balance between speed and quality in work, with the ability to move quickly through systems without sacrificing attention to detail
- A resourceful work-style and innate ability to problem-solve
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Salesforce experience

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the face of K Health, providing exceptional support to our patients and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You'll work closely with our team to understand patient needs and provide personalized support, leveraging your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
