Job Overview

AbbVie's Business Technology Solutions Early Talent Program is a 12-month rotation assignment designed to develop technology and business problem-solving skills in the biopharmaceutical industry.

The program offers two diverse and challenging rotations, providing aspiring Business Technology Solutions professionals with a range of unique experiences and opportunities to address business needs.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will spend two years as a full-time salary employee, completing two separate professional rotation assignments geared towards potential opportunities in Business Analytics, Project Management, Data Analytics, Data Science, Application Technology, Emerging Technology, Design & Architecture, Digital Technology, and Information Security.

Placements will be based on business need and individual preference, with the majority of program members placed in Lake County, IL, or other U.S. AbbVie or Allergan Aesthetics locations.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in university and completing final year of studies in a discipline such as Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering, User Design, or Business Administration with a minor or concentration in one of the above fields.
  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree with a graduation date between December 2024 – July 2025.
  • Previous internship or related experience required.
  • School or work experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
