This 12-week program is designed to provide you with an invaluable work experience through meaningful projects that will help you grow and develop both personally and professionally.

Throughout the program, you will collaborate with some of the best in the industry, receive on-the-job training, and participate in professional development workshops, executive speaker series, and other networking and social events.

You will be working on various CATV Amplifier projects as part of the Access Networks Solutions Business Unit. You will work closely with other engineering disciplines and teams to ensure the successful release of these products to our customers.

This role will be based in Wallingford, CT. As an Electrical Engineering Project Developer, you will be responsible for designing circuits, generating schematics, creating Bills of Material (BOMs), performing Design Verification (DVT) test plans, and capturing the results.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong academic background in electrical and/or electronic engineering from an accredited university. A proven track record of academic excellence with a minimum GPA of 3.0 is also required.

In addition, you should possess basic knowledge of electronic circuits, including microprocessor and microcontroller design, serial communications protocols, hardware description languages, and SPICE simulation tools. Lab experience with oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers is also highly desirable.
