About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Care Specialist to join our team at OnPoint Medical Group.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education, utilizing sound medical judgment and adhering to all ethical considerations of the practice of medicine.
  • Monitor and mentor staff technicians to ensure continual performance improvements.
  • Meet all clinical obligations of the Health Center's medical practice, following internal policies and procedures.
  • Advise administration of any issues that may impact the practice.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse practitioner or physician assistant studies and licensed through the State of Colorado.
  • Board Certification for specialty.
  • Strong computer skills required, EMR experience preferred.
  • Basic Life Support card.
  • Minimum 2 years working in Primary Care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on number of shifts, status and experience.
