Job Title: Behavior Specialist / Registered Behavior Technician

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Specialist / Registered Behavior Technician to join their team in a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania school district.

This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in students' lives by providing emotional support and implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in emotional support classes with 15-20 students each.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and track students' progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a positive learning environment.
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings to improve skills.
Qualifications:
  • Certified RBT or equivalent credentials.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or therapeutic setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping students succeed.
