Position Overview

As a Business Operations Team Leader at Wyndham Destinations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality support for our Sales and Marketing operations. This position not only requires delivering outstanding service to guests and business partners but also ensuring that your team upholds the same standards of excellence. You will oversee the implementation of operational protocols, safeguard company resources, launch new initiatives, and foster collaboration among various teams on-site.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional and consistent service to guests, business partners, and team members.
  • Develop and implement new processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Safeguard data while interacting with guests to ensure an optimal experience.
  • Protect and audit company resources by strictly adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Ensure your team is well-informed about all operational guidelines governing our business.
  • Lead and coordinate training for new hires and new business initiatives.
  • Design and execute reporting needs while identifying key business trends.
  • Utilize available resources effectively to provide prompt support and escalate issues to leadership as necessary.
  • Guide team members in building their personal brands and leveraging available resources effectively.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Partner with Human Resources.
  • Engage with Resort Operations.
Project Examples:
  • Assist in designing reports that provide critical insights for business decision-making.
  • Create development plans aimed at enhancing team performance.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability to support business operations during weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in team leadership or influencing others is preferred but not mandatory.
