Job Title: LensCrafters - EyeCare Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for every patient.
  • Work closely with our Optometrists to provide accurate and efficient eye care services.
  • Assist with pre-examination testing, explaining measurements and answering patient questions with clarity and patience.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to patients on contact lens care and handling.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge, making informed recommendations to customers.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on internal and external communication.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to stay up-to-date with product information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
  • Organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Sales skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, and/or optical.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
