Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance to promote long-term oral health.
- Lead a team of dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff members to ensure smooth patient care and treatment coordination.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, procedures performed, and patient progress.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and training.
- Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) required.
- New graduates welcomed to apply.
We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000-$225,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice insurance, time off options, health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
