  • Assist with preparing annual capital plans, operating budgets, and accruals, as well as completing monthly variance and capital reporting.
  • Support Property Managers in understanding lease terms and obligations, preparing commencement letters, and monitoring lease information.
  • Assist with building inspections, maintaining property appearance, and hiring vendors for maintenance and capital projects.
  • Implement a tenant visitation program and maintain close relationships with contacts to ensure timely resolution of tenant requests.
