Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage initial credit review pre-screens on new Healthcare Leveraged Finance deals
  • Lead due diligence analysis on new Healthcare transactions
  • Participate in discussions regarding pricing and structuring with Capital Markets
  • Prepare and manage write-ups of credit papers for submission to European-based credit authorities and interface with Credit Department in Europe with respect to U.S. transactions
Essential Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in a Healthcare Leveraged Finance credit and underwriting role, with experience financing Healthcare transactions
  • Prior formal credit training program experience
  • Strong credit analysis skills
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • Excellent undergraduate academic record
Skills/Competencies:
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
  • The ability to work on own initiative, as well as operate as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail is critical

Location: Chicago, Illinois. Willingness to work remotely, as necessary, based out of Chicago, IL.
