Position Summary

As a Human Resources Generalist at SMOKE STARS (LLC), you will be based in our Duluth, GA office, with a competitive salary of $55,000 plus benefits. This role will involve a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence three days a week, with the option to work remotely for two days. Occasional travel to various store locations may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to store locations as needed.
  • Monitor and document compliance with required training and assessments.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including interviewing and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Administer HR programs covering compensation, benefits, leave, and employee relations.
  • Address employment-related inquiries from staff and management.
  • Participate in employee disciplinary actions and investigations.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and best practices.
  • Stay informed on HR trends, regulations, and technologies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.
  • Capability to navigate various departments within the organization.
