Position Overview:
We are currently looking for compassionate caregivers and individuals proficient in American Sign Language to join our team across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Support Specialist, you will:

  • Engage in meaningful work that empowers individuals to grow, learn, and thrive.
  • Enhance your understanding of psychology by assisting individuals facing intellectual and developmental challenges, including autism and mental health issues.
  • Build genuine relationships with those you support.
  • Exercise autonomy and trust from your supervisors to advocate for participants' needs.
  • Encourage community involvement and facilitate enjoyable activities for participants.
  • Assist individuals in achieving developmental objectives such as budgeting, nutrition, and fitness.
  • Support personal hygiene and manage behavioral challenges as needed.
