Role Overview
The Compensation Specialist plays a crucial role in analyzing and enhancing our compensation strategies and human resource initiatives. This position is designed for individuals eager to contribute to a dynamic team and foster their professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts comprehensive analyses of various functions, including FLSA classification reviews and compensation assessments.
- Gathers and interprets data to inform compensation strategies.
- Prepares and manages participation in compensation surveys.
- Monitors trends and developments in compensation practices.
- Engages in research and prepares detailed reports.
- Reviews and recommends enhancements to policies and processes.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensures adherence to relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Assists in the administration of performance evaluations and engagement surveys.
- Manages special projects as assigned.
- Performs additional duties that align with the organization's mission and vision.
Qualifications:
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings.

Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or human resources is preferred, along with 1-2 years of analytical experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Previous HR experience and relevant certifications are advantageous.
