Job Overview

Position Summary:

We are in search of a reliable and dedicated BILINGUAL (Spanish/English or English/Creole) individual to take on the responsibilities of receptionist and patient scheduler at our facility.

All employees at MySpot are expected to be enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and committed to performing their duties ethically and responsibly. The Front Desk Scheduler will oversee front desk operations and scheduling tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing inventory distribution controls in line with established business objectives.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a schedule that includes weekdays and potential weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain general office operations at the front desk
  • Welcome patients and address general inquiries (insurance, scheduling, etc.)
  • Manage phone calls and emails, greeting patients and potential clients
  • Schedule appointments for consultations, procedures, and visits with healthcare professionals
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers regarding schedules and patient needs
  • Handle new patient intakes
  • Verify insurance eligibility
  • Send referral requests and other medical documentation via fax
  • Coordinate providers' schedules
  • Resolve any scheduling conflicts that arise

Required Skills:

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Creole
