Job SummaryWe are seeking a versatile and skilled legal receptionist to join our team. As a legal receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing mail and deliveries. You will also be required to assist with filing and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome clients and visitors upon arrival at reception.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assist clients and visitors with the location of legal staff.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
- Direct the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients.

- Assist with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings.
- Prepare meeting facilities and arrange refreshments, if required.

- Prior experience as a legal receptionist will be advantageous.

This position is ON-SITE in our Fort Lauderdale office, with no remote or hybrid schedule. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts, 8:30am-5:30pm.
