Key Responsibilities- Monitor and assess patient condition, reporting any unusual symptoms or discrepancies to physicians and managers.
- Provide high-quality, timely care to patients, adhering to applicable standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians to provide results, review complex medical information, and document interactions in the electronic medical record.
- Initiate patient care plans, ensuring they reflect individual patient needs and provide instruction, information, and counseling as necessary.
- Obtain complete medical histories, retrieve records, and review requests, faxes, and completed clearances daily.
- Respond promptly to telephone inquiries, screen calls, and provide information to patients and staff as needed.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana required.
- BLS certification required.
- 2-4 years of related experience required, 4-6 years preferred.
