About the Role:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating a plan of nursing care for patients. This will involve collaborating with other healthcare professionals, receiving direction from physicians, and supervising and delegating to non-licensed staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform patient assessments and communicate relevant patient information to care providers in a timely manner.
  • Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient care activities and changes in patient condition.
  • Support patient education and discharge planning.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education activities to improve knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse with the State of Indiana required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
