Client Service Representative
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a top Banking Client to fill a Client Service Representative position in Pennington, NJ. This role involves managing moderately complex tasks related to account creation, onboarding, and maintenance, following established guidelines and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the creation, onboarding, and maintenance of accounts in line with established procedures.
* Provide quality service and effective operations support to internal and external clients.
* Assist in training and mentoring less experienced team members.
* Operate independently on moderately complex tasks, seeking direction for more complex issues.
**Required Skills:**
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Cooperative and professional work attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
* Quick learner with the ability to develop subject matter expertise.
**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
