Primary Duties:
  • Provide exceptional clinical services while ensuring precise documentation in accordance with NBH standards.
  • Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to improve client recovery results.
  • Participate in various meetings aimed at enhancing the well-being of clients.
  • Stay informed on the latest practices for treating co-occurring disorders through continuous education.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Maintain client satisfaction metrics that consistently exceed expectations.
  • Achieve attendance goals for outpatient groups and promptly adapt to all regulatory changes.
  • Boost client retention rates through effective service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid LADC/ADC-T license in Minnesota.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in addiction counseling is required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of applicable MN Statutes related to NBHN's client services.
  • Certification in CPR/First Aid is required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
  • Must pass a background check and hold a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and possess strong computer skills.
  • Knowledge of opioid use disorder treatment methodologies and specialized training in relevant therapies is preferred.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record Systems such as Procentive is advantageous.
