Mercedes-Benz Showroom Ambassador

The Rallye Motor Company, a leading luxury automotive group, is seeking a Part Time Showroom Receptionist/Greeter to join our team at Rallye Mercedes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing showroom traffic flow, and supporting our sales management and sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct all clients who enter the showroom.
• Manage showroom traffic flow to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Answer all incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Support the sales management and sales staff in achieving sales goals.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry.
• Keep track of a high volume of paperwork and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of receptionist or customer service experience required.
• Availability to work on weekends required.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high level of organization.
• Professional appearance and ability to work well with others.
• Phone and computer skills required - experience with Google suite and Excel preferred.
