Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neurology team in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Neurology department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough nursing assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in Neurology or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
