Key Responsibilities: As a Youth Care Staff member, you will have a significant impact on the youth in our care. Collaborating with the Department of Public Safety, our Assessment Center conducts thorough evaluations for youth aged 10 to 17. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary caregiver and mentor for youth during their stay
  • Facilitating engaging activities that support the assessment process
  • Implementing tailored service plans with empathy and commitment
  • Creating a constructive, non-punitive atmosphere that encourages and uplifts youth
  • Exemplifying ethical, moral, and professional standards as a role model
