Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation will be based on experience and licensure status, including a base salary, commission structure, employer-sponsored retirement plan, and paid time off. This role will involve both in-office and remote work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist lead advisors and team members with client reviews, service, and planning processes.
  • Maintain precise and confidential client records and documentation.
  • Engage with the community to promote our services and attract new clients.
  • Participate in team meetings and client engagement events.
  • Commit to a personal development and continuous learning plan.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in the financial industry, along with relevant licenses (LHA, Series 7/66) and designations preferred, though not mandatory. Licensing will be required post-hire.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential; familiarity with client database systems and investment tools is advantageous.
