Job Summary

Thrivent Financial is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Financial Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will work closely with our veteran lead advisors to provide exceptional service, financial planning, and investment guidance to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support lead advisors and team members with new and existing client reviews, service, and planning processes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records and notes, ensuring confidentiality with sensitive client information.
  • Represent the team in the community and attract new clientele.
  • Participate in team meetings and client events.
  • Maintain and execute a personal growth and continuous learning plan.
Requirements
  • Industry experience, licensing (LHA, Series 7/66), and designations preferred but not required; licensing will become a condition of employment after hire.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, prioritizing and managing multiple time-sensitive tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, with experience in client database systems, investment software, and tools a plus.
