Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavior & Academic Intervention Assistant. This role will provide support to teachers, therapists, and counselors in the administration of one-on-one intensive behavioral intervention therapy and tutoring to students in a school or home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation of behavioral intervention plans and provide individualized support to students
  • Collaborate with teachers and therapists to develop and implement academic and behavioral support plans
  • Provide tutoring and academic support to students in a one-on-one setting
  • Assist with data collection and progress monitoring to inform instruction and intervention

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 48 college credit units or passing of a competency exam and three years of classroom experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and completion of ABA/DTT training may be required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide support to students with diverse needs

Benefits:

  • Medical, dental, vision, and employee life insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day
  • Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5 hours/day
