Job Summary

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis in Grafton, Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of a sterile environment for surgical procedures.
  • Provide support to surgical teams by preparing and handling equipment, supplies, and instruments.
  • Collaborate with OR nurses and surgeons to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical process.
  • Participate in the transportation of patients and equipment as needed.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe operating room environment.
Requirements
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
