Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Support Specialist to join our Employee Benefits Consulting (EBC) Practice in Boise, ID. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support to our office and staff, including on-site office support, coordinating office events, and serving as the primary point of contact for all on-site matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience working with Enterprise Legal Management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. They will also be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the EBC Practice, including on-site office support and coordination of office events
  • Enter and create legal contracts via Milliman's Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) system
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant software programs and contribute to the Business Support Specialist team to meet the needs of the practice
  • Assist with initiatives as requested and collaborate with team members to achieve goals
Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least three years' experience with administrative support
  • Experience working with Enterprise Legal Management is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-starter with good project management skills and ability to multi-task and work under deadlines
