  • Atender, filtrar, dirigir llamadas y tomar mensajes de manera profesional utilizando un sistema telefónico de múltiples líneas.
  • Guiar a los clientes para realizar pedidos en línea o asistir con pedidos por teléfono o correo electrónico, gestionar nuevas cuentas y procesar pedidos a través de varios sistemas de CRM.
  • Verificar e imprimir pedidos en línea sincronizados automáticamente con el sistema CRM antes de enviarlos al equipo de cadena de suministro.
  • Gestionar datos de clientes utilizando el sistema CRM de Salesforce.
  • Configurar nuevas cuentas de clientes, crear oportunidades, programar actividades y mantener la información del cliente.
  • Enviar correos electrónicos de bienvenida y materiales de marketing a nuevos clientes después de su primera compra.
  • Procesar pedidos del sitio web mayorista a través de Shopify.
  • Analizar y mantener cuentas clave, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y alentándolos a explorar una variedad de ofertas de productos.
  • Revisar cuentas de clientes inactivas utilizando la base de datos de ventas y reactivarlas con precios especiales o promociones.
  • Proporcionar conocimientos expertos sobre productos para ayudar a los clientes con consultas y preocupaciones.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes.
  • Convertir prospectos en clientes.

Calificaciones:

  • Título de asociado (A.A.), o de dos a cuatro años de experiencia relacionada, o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.
  • Experiencia en la industria alimentaria es un plus.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office, varios sistemas de CRM, Salesforce, Shopify, etc.
  • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales.
  • Puntual y profesional.
  • Cómodo y profesional por teléfono.
  • Capacidad para entender y seguir instrucciones escritas y verbales.
  • Capacidad para interactuar de manera efectiva con individuos en todos los niveles organizacionales.
