Overview:


Miller Transportation Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Manager to join our expanding Sales Team.

If you possess a background in the sales of commercial vehicles or have experience in automotive sales, we invite you to explore this rewarding position.


Key Responsibilities:
Identify and assess each client's requirements through effective questioning techniques, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.


Utilize our inventory to align customer needs with our well-maintained vehicles, prepared by our expert maintenance team to meet client expectations.

Participate in sales discussions with both new and existing clients.


Implement a follow-up system to foster repeat business and referrals, enhancing customer satisfaction, alongside a prospect development strategy for ongoing business growth.

Evaluate and refine sales strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Understand and communicate vehicle equity, values, and depreciation concepts to clients.

Familiarize yourself with relevant federal, state, and local regulations governing vehicle sales.

Articulate the advantages of purchasing a vehicle that has been consistently maintained by our team throughout its lifecycle.

Learn and adhere to the Miller Sales Methodology.

Promote our maintenance programs to boost customer loyalty.

Compile and maintain a list of potential clients, tracking their status within the sales process.

Travel as necessary to support business operations, typically once a month.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.

Proven customer service experience with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Valid driver's license with the capability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
