Key Responsibilities

  1. Registration and Customer Service: Manage registration functions, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  2. Certification Services: Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures for certification services for Veterans and associated agencies, cross-registration services for incoming and outgoing students, diplomas and commencement, student records maintenance, enrollment certification, technology, and readmission.
  3. Employee Goals and Performance: Set employee goals, assess employee performance, provide feedback, and make pay recommendations.
  4. Staff Supervision: Supervise assigned staff to ensure daily production goals and customer service standards are met. Ensure staff training and support professional development goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Four to five years of job-related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and related products
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation of complex content
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
