Key Responsibilities:


Oversee a diverse team of analytical professionals, ensuring effective management of resources, mentoring junior members, and fostering scalable development that builds on our existing capabilities across various business units.

Act as a strategic consultant to both internal and external stakeholders, delivering actionable insights that enhance Evolent's value proposition and implementing change management strategies that align with our evolving analytical requirements.

Enhance the global Client Analytics workforce to provide high-quality analytics while maintaining exceptional quality assurance, utilizing efficient execution methods such as end-to-end automation and the creation of analytical frameworks.

Proactively interpret business needs based on reporting requirements, translating them into actionable directives for analysts, and managing the scope to enable scalable capabilities.

Oversee the generation of standard and custom reports that align with the team's value-added offerings across various business units.

Present findings in polished, client-facing presentations that underscore Evolent's contributions and identify potential areas for further exploration.


Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, or healthcare, with a proven track record in managing analysts and analytics workflows -

Required.
Experience in an analytical role with client-facing responsibilities similar to those in the Evolent Client Analytics team -

Required.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, along with proficiency in data visualization and PowerPoint -

Required.
Familiarity with core Payer Data Warehouse datasets and Evolent Data Warehouse tables, including claims data, membership data, and clinical operational data -

Required.
Experience with BI tools, SAS, SQL, or Python programming -

Required.
Understanding of medical economics and cost concepts -

Required.
Ability to effectively communicate the relevance of reports and analyses to stakeholders with limited data knowledge -

Required.
Comprehension of analytical needs and feasibility, considering data limitations -

Required.
Knowledge of data systems and critical thinking skills to address data architecture changes -

Required.
Experience across all healthcare lines of business and presenting to executive-level clients -

Required.

Technical Requirements:


All employees must have high-speed internet access exceeding 10 Mbps, with the capability to connect directly to their home internet router.
