As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Lake Mills Health Services, you will have the opportunity to work in a progressive environment and grow in your career. You will be responsible for providing nursing care through coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the resident's/patient's plan of care under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON.
To be successful in this role, you must be licensed in the State as an LPN, have and maintain current CPR certification, and be able to use necessary supplies and equipment. You must also be able to calculate drug dosage, meet all health requirements imposed by law, and relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers and other center staff.
