We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nursing Professional to join our team at Mass General Brigham, a leading healthcare provider in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per annum

This is a full-time opportunity that requires 36 hours of work per week, with shifts typically ranging from 12 hours, nights. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care within the Intermediate Care Float Pool.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree in nursing, with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • At least two years of experience in Med/Surg, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Membership in professional organizations is highly recommended, and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
