Job Summary

Aveanna Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  1. Execute a physician-prescribed plan of care, maintaining accurate documentation in a system of record.
  2. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies while prioritizing patient safety.
  3. Conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, and educate family members on disease management and prevention strategies.
  4. Maintain accurate records and adhere to infection control measures as per OSHA standards.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • 6 months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Ability to travel and work in a home environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
