Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pls Financial Services, Inc. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
  • Promote our products and services to current and potential customers
  • Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer
  • Complete all transactions accurately, including cash handling
  • Use multiple computer applications to access information and process transactions
  • Resolve customer complaints or refer complaints to the Store Manager for resolution
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment
  • Perform other duties as instructed by management

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant is preferred
  • Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Ability to drive sales
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • English fluency is required
  • English/Spanish bilingual is a plus

Pay:

The approximate hourly wage range for the Customer Service Representative in New York is between $16.00 and $17.00.
