Job Title: Technical Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our team at Sinclair Broadcast Group. This role will be responsible for coordinating business development activities, managing trade show participation, and maintaining data repositories.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate business development activities, including scheduling technology demonstrations and coordinating personnel, equipment, and resources.
  • Manage trade show participation, including interfacing with show coordinators and marketing teams.
  • Develop and maintain data repositories, including creating and managing electronic inventory management systems.
  • Manage equipment inventory, including tracking and maintaining equipment upgrades and support agreements.
  • Develop and maintain the ONE Media website, including creating and maintaining a partner portal.
  • Develop multimedia video presentations and write and polish white papers and other technical presentations.
  • Coordinate on-site meetings with vendors and coordinate interop meetings with vendors.
  • Provide operational support, including managing purchase orders and tracking shipments.
Requirements:
  • An associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • A strong communicator with excellent writing skills.
  • Positive approach to team and clients.
  • PC and Mac literate, including good experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive with independent working skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and plan to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Agile.
