Fellowship Duration: The fellowship spans several weeks, requiring a commitment of 15-35 hours per week, tailored to the needs of each team. Flexibility is available for those currently enrolled in educational programs, allowing for negotiated schedules with supervisors.

Qualifications:
- Strong passion for progressive politics and utilizing data, technology, and research to enhance civic engagement.
- Experience in campaigns, organizing, or policy work (including volunteer roles).
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage your own schedule, work independently, and provide regular updates.
- Excellent organizational capabilities.
- Systematic approach to project management.
- Proficient online research skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Interest in digital organizing tools.
- Completion of 1-2 years of college coursework or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in remote work is advantageous.
- Availability to commit to 15-35 hours per week for the fellowship duration, depending on departmental needs.
Departmental Opportunities:
Fellows will be placed within specific departments for the duration of their fellowship. Please review the following departmental descriptions carefully:
Communications: The Communications Fellow will assist with daily operations across various projects, including media outreach, online presence enhancement, and newsletter creation. A passion for storytelling and public relations is essential.
Digital Organizing Services: The DOS Fellow will support client-focused work through candidate research and election data management. Strong research skills and creativity are key.
Experiments: The Experiments Fellow will contribute to election research and assist in digital outreach campaigns, requiring proficiency in data organization.
Political Innovation Digital Ads: The Digital Ads Fellow will collaborate on ad creation and project management, requiring creativity and strong communication skills.
People Operations: The People Ops Fellow will support internal systems and processes, including communications and administrative tasks.
Data Tech: The Data Fellow will manage data requests and analysis, requiring knowledge of data tools and software.
Contest Every Race: The CER Program Fellow will engage in volunteer management and communication tasks.
Data Experiments: The Data Experiments Fellow will assist in implementing digital outreach strategies.
Community Messaging: The Community Messenger Fellow will conduct outreach and assist in program execution.
Graphic Design: The Graphic Design Fellow will support various design needs across the organization.
Black-Led Organizing: The BLO Fellow will assist with communications and campaign management.
Digital Organizing: The Digital Organizing Fellows will engage in various tasks related to volunteer management and outreach.
Compensation:
Fellows will receive hourly compensation, with potential variations based on team workload, including sick time accrual.
This fellowship aims to provide training, skill development, and professional experience for individuals early in their careers or seeking a career change. Successful fellows may be considered for full-time positions in the future.
In addition to hourly pay, fellows will participate in regular training sessions and leadership development opportunities.
