Job Description

**Position Overview**

As a key member of the Zelis Implementation Team, the Implementation Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring seamless client onboarding and successful implementation of our solutions. This role requires collaboration with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to analyze data, configure systems, and provide exceptional support.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Facilitate client calls to understand their needs and provide solutions to project challenges.
  • Apply technical expertise and Zelis product knowledge to address client needs and resolve issues.
  • Design and develop payer communication documents and ID cards to meet client requirements.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of testing output.
  • Utilize project management tools, such as Jira, to track progress and collaborate with team members.
  • Maintain secure user access and perform annual security audits under the supervision of the Manager of Implementation.
  • Collaborate with the Implementation Team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Prioritize tasks based on project deadlines and revenue impact, with guidance from the Manager of Implementation.

**Required Qualifications**

  • Must reside within 100 miles of our St. Louis, MO or St. Petersburg, FL location.
  • High School diploma or equivalent GED.
  • 4+ years of work experience in an office setting.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of healthcare claims communication processes and printing aspects of claims communications documents or enrollment materials.
  • Ability to understand and utilize web-based applications for project management and client business-to-business applications.
