Job Summary

As a Prepared Food Production Representative at HEB Grocery Stores, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our prepared food production process. This includes mixing, shaping, baking, wrapping, and stocking of products, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix, shape, bake, wrap, and stock products according to recipes and production schedules
  • Ensure quality control of all products before sending them to the sales floor
  • Read and execute daily production lists to meet customer demand
  • Prepare, wrap, price, and sell products continuously to meet customer needs
  • Order and receive products and supplies as needed to maintain inventory levels
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register
