Role Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate project proposals and plans to establish timelines, budgets, and necessary resources for successful project execution.
  • Develop and implement a cost-effective project plan, including a detailed timeline and resource allocation strategy.
  • Oversee daily operations and project scope management.
  • Coordinate the work of vendors and contractors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Engage with internal departments and external vendors to maintain project strategy and budget compliance.
  • Assess vendor and contractor performance to ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes align with project timelines.
  • Regularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director and Associate Director of Project Management to ensure project quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare financial reports detailing project status and variances.
  • Administer contracts and ensure compliance with necessary permits and licenses.
  • Conduct site visits for inspections and management as required.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring accountability.
  • Promote a collaborative atmosphere with all internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of project management experience; experience in the sign industry is advantageous.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Must successfully pass a preliminary criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
