Job Description

As a Recruiting Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our recruiting department initiatives, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Military Veteran Hiring Initiatives, and the BMW Legacy Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of DEI initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace
  • Assist in the coordination and management of recruiting events and initiatives
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform recruiting strategies and initiatives
  • Provide administrative support for project management, including data tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful prioritization, development, delivery, and adoption of program goals
Requirements
  • Working towards a Master's or 4-year degree
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in MS Excel
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States
  • Completion of at least 30 credit hours at time of application
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week)
