Job Title: C/T/Radiology Technologist II

At Tekwissen Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Technologist II to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our radiology department.

Job Summary:

The Radiology Technologist II will be responsible for performing general radiographic studies, scanning and organizing images, completing required paperwork, and charging. You will work under the supervision of the Radiology Manager and be responsible for patient safety and well-being during examinations. Additionally, you will assist and instruct patients during examinations, perform bedside radiography, and assist with clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general radiographic studies according to established Q.A. criteria
  • Scan and organize images, complete required paperwork, and charge
  • Responsible for patient safety and well-being during examinations
  • Assist and instruct patients during examinations
  • Perform bedside radiography
  • Assist with clerical duties
  • Clean and inspect equipment prior to use
  • Report equipment malfunctions
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved radiology course
  • CRT, Fluoroscopic license within 180 days of hire, AHA or equivalent BLS Certification required
  • Two or more years of experience in general radiology, and at least one year of C/T
  • Some clerical and computer experience
