Position Title: Clinic Radiology Technologist Level II

Job Overview

Sutter Health is in search of a skilled Clinic Radiology Technologist Level II to deliver exceptional radiological services in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and specialized radiological procedures to generate high-quality images for medical evaluation.
  • Exercise independent judgment and utilize developed clinical skills to ensure safe and accurate procedures.
  • Engage effectively with patients and their families, providing clear communication and support throughout the imaging process.
  • Adhere to all applicable regulations and policies to maintain patient privacy and safety.
  • Assist in the orientation of new staff members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program or equivalent experience.

Licensure & Certification:

  • CRT - Certified Radiologic Technologist upon hire.
  • BLS - Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider upon hire.
  • RHF - Radiology Fluoroscopy certification within 180 days of hire if required.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical radiology setting.

Skills:

  • Comprehensive understanding of diagnostic radiology principles and procedures.
  • Ability to perform standard radiographic examinations and possess knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology.
  • Strong communication skills to convey sensitive information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in computer applications relevant to healthcare, including electronic health records and radiology information systems.
Work Schedule

This position requires flexibility with varied shifts and weekend availability as needed.
