About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our CV/ICU team at Havasu Regional Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the well-being of our community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the CV/ICU unit, utilizing your specialized skills and knowledge to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration to ensure safe and effective care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements
  • A current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Basic Life Support Certification and ACLS certification upon hire.
  • 1 year of ICU experience preferred.
