Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Veterans Prime, Inc. in Columbus, OH. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, installing equipment, and training customers on how to use and maintain the equipment.

Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to customers via phone and on-site visits
* Install and configure equipment to meet customer needs
* Train customers on how to use and maintain the equipment
* Collaborate with the Engineering team to provide input and testing on new equipment and technologies
* Work with the Customer Service team to resolve customer issues and concerns

Requirements:

* 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience
* Strong computer skills with the ability to learn automation programming, record-keeping, and proficiency in MS Office
* Mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot using electrical schematics and assembly drawings
* Self-organization and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders
* Bilingual skills (Spanish and English) are preferred, but not required
* Ability to hold or obtain a valid passport
